Batting first in this second Hamro Foundation Essex League match of the season, Billericay posted a modest, but competitive total of 181-9 as Belhus bowlers shared the wickets between them (Zoran Suneel 3 and Callum Constantine and Puneet Singh Bal 2 apiece).

In our reply after tea, Adam Martin struck his maiden century for the club with a masterly 112 not out as he shared an impressive 166-run 2nd wicket partnership with Ryan Prendergast (41) and we cruised home to an emphatic 8-wickets win in just 26.1 overs. Well played Belhus.
