In this 35-over match at North Stifford, our Sunday 1st XI racked up a very respectable 237 for 5 as three of our batters (Reuben Hart, Wayne Read and skipper Chris Didd) stroked half-centuries, with 13-years old Reuben following up his maiden century the previous day.

In their reply after tea, the Quokkas made a good effort to chase down the target with M Irfan reaching a fine half-century (54), but Tyler Martin was in good form with ball as he picked up 4 for 30 to see us home to a 28-run victory.

An enjoyable game played in good spirit by all.
