Our first league game of 2024 for the 4th XI couldn’t have started any better when skipper Scott Sinfield won the toss. That’s as good as it got as the decision to bat first on a very difficult pitch backfired with only Ryan Pendergast and Mark Baker hitting double figures for a disappointing 59 all out.

South Woodford knocked the runs off in 8 overs with Baiju Mohamed taking 2 wickets.
