Match report It was the Spitfires' first game of the season. Batting first, Belhus made a strong, solid start with Riley (9) and Louie (19) putting on 39 runs in the first 6 overs, (before retiring). Benfleet picked up a wicket before Matt and James W had a solid partnership with Matt (8) and James W (16), (before retiring). Another couple of wickets for Benfleet before a strong finish from Belhus losing only 1 more wicket to a run out, with everyone getting some batting time at the crease.

In reply, Belhus bowled and fielded well with Sam, Ben and Dylan picking up a wicket each and Riley picking up 2 wickets. A great knock of 30 (before retiring) from Benfleet's Louie put them in the game, but with great bowling from Alfie (2 overs, 2 wickets, 4 runs) and Raam (2 overs, 1 maiden, 1 wicket, 1 run) gave Belhus a narrow but great win.
