Match report Belhus rounded off their excellent tour with a remarkable tied match - thus sealing a series win 2-1.

Belhus batted first on the warmest day of the tour and made hay as Charlie Lewis with a fine 100 and guest Connor Green (51) adding 137 for the first wicket. Morris (45) and Banner (25) kept the score ticking over as Belhus made a daunting 286-6 from their 40 overs with Woods (3-47) and Corcoran (2-17) the pick of the home bowlers.

Despite the large run chase, the home side set off at a fine rate of knots, as opener Hales made a fine 136 before retiring and Pearce (54) ensured that Sprowston also added a century opening partnership (148. Guyton added 37 and when Hales retired the match seemed in the bag for the hosts as they needed just five runs to win from the last two overs with 8 wickets in hand. Enter Stuart Morris whose wobbling seamers picked up 2-2 from his only over. Stewart Farr then bowled the final over, returning the same analysis of 2 wickets for 2 runs - having Corcoran stumped off the final delivery when a single would have won the game for Sprowston. An amazing finish to a fine tour !
