Match report An experienced Belhus 4th team proved far too strong for Upminster 6ths at the Campion school on Saturday in their final league encounter of the season. Put into bat on a poor wicket with equally poor uncut outfield Upminster laboured to just 64 all out in 25.4 overs. This included a couple of easy dropped catches. For Belhus, seamer Scott Stonham returned 5 for 10 supported by Forrest and Randall with a couple of wickets each and young Daniel Wakeling who bowled well to return 1 for 11 off 6 overs.

In reply, the Belhus openers of Randall and Ruck with 105 years between them opted for the positive approach. They took just 13.4 overs to knock off the runs in reaching 68 for no loss finishing on 29 n.o. and 23 n.o. respectively hitting 10 boundaries between them for an emphatic Belhus win.
