Match report Belhus Sunday 2nd XI managed to win this 30 over encounter in the glorious sunshine afte looking likely to lose, Belhus batted first and thanks to 1st wicket partnership of 111 from 15 overs between S Huckstepp 54 and S Morris 46 got us off to the best start, but belhus could not maintain the momentum and finish on 177 - 4.

Spartans then got off to a flyer themselves racing away to 120 for no loss in 16 overs, Belhus then lost Captain Stuart Morris to a broken hand whilst fielding with Paul Whitlock taking over the captainency, belhus then started a come back with Chris Baker picking up 2 - 34, and wickets apiece for H Turner, M Randell and D Dreher, with the spartans then needing 15 runs with 5 wickets in hand and 10 overs, Mitchell Arther then come on to bowl to claim 4 wickets in 10 balls to give Belhus victory by 2 runs,
