Rayleigh Saturday 1st XI 114-3:

Belhus batted first in this 40-over friendly at North Stifford and posted a relatively modest 216 for 5 with Aftab Mohamed and Dylan Sinfield stroking half-centuries.

After tea, Rayleigh were perched on 114 for 3 and the match was evenly balanced when unfortunately the rains came down and the game was abandoned after 27 overs.

The day will best be remembered for the new Record Number of Sixes in a Season - 40 - by Dylan Sinfield (in both Senior and Youth matches).
