FINLAY LOVELL TAKES 6 F0R 6:

Fielding first in this Under 12s ECCB Brian Taylor Trophy match, West Essex must have been delighted to have bowled us out for a lowly 51 with only Elliott Osborne reaching double figures (16).

But after the break, our bowlers were in superb form as Alfie Bowden collected 3 for 8 and Finlay Lovell took a remarkable career-best 6 for 6 (the best bowling performance of the season) from only 5 overs and they skittled out West Essex for just 18 runs.

Another fine win by our Under 12s who remain unbeaten this season. Well played all and many congratulations to Finlay.
