Match report The very first outdoor internal friendly softball cricket match between Fireflies and Hurricanes was an exciting event that took place on a beautiful outdoor pitch at North Stifford, Belhus Home Ground. It was the very first outdoor match for Fireflies, who batted first and managed to score 86 runs but unfortunately lost all 10 wickets, resulting in a net score of 56.

Despite losing all their wickets, Fireflies showed some great skills and talent with their batting. They played some fantastic shots and demonstrated excellent running between the wickets. It was evident that they had made significant improvements since their last indoor match and were determined to give their best on the field.

The Hurricanes, on the other hand, had a good start to their innings and chased the target with ease, losing only 3 wickets in the process. They played with great determination and skill, and their bowling and fielding were impressive throughout the match.

Overall, it was an exciting match with excellent performances from both teams. The young fireflies should be proud of their effort, and the improvements they have made since their last match were commendable. They played with great enthusiasm and showed good sportsmanship on the field.

In the end, the Hurricanes emerged victorious, but the young Fireflies gained valuable experience and learned some crucial lessons.
