Batting first in this penultimate League match of the season, our 3rd XI posted a commendable 262-4 from their allotted 40 overs. Bharvish Dharmani (57) and Tipu Samsuddin (61*) batted superbly, but it was opener Chris Didd who stole the show in stroking his second century (105) for the Club.

In their reply, Wanstead & Snaresbrook couldn't quite reach the target as Tipu Samsuddin claimed his maiden '5for' (5 for 17) to crown a magnificent day for him and a comfortable victory of 66 runs for our joyous 3rd XI.
