Match report The Under 11s visited South Weald hoping to continue their rich run of form as of late. Winning the toss and electing to field first in bowling conditions, Belhus made inroads into South Weald's batting with Aryan Patel on debut picking up a tidy 1-12 off his 2 overs. Aryan was ably supported by Aaryian Kansagra and Alfie Ware who picked up 1-11 and 1-8 respectively. Ben Gladman, however, stole the show and returned career-best figures of 4-16 off his 3 overs as he ripped through South Weald's batting. The highlight from South Weald's innings was from the skipper Sam who showed some resilience with his 14 including a very nice straight 6.

With an under-par score set by South Weald, Belhus never really got going and struggled early on. Wickets then fell at regular intervals throughout the innings and the same tempo was just not quite the same as shown against Benfleet the week before. Nonetheless, William Sullivan once again top scored with 7 solid runs to his name. South Weald's Sam rounded off a remarkable game with 4-9 off his 4 overs as well as 3 catches.

An impressive bowling performance once again however not backed up with the batting this week.
