Match report Belhus produced an improved performance to win comfortably against Benfleet on a decent evening at North Stifford.

Benfleet won the toss and batted. Ashton Lewis retired making a steady 33 and Harry Lilliott made a tidy 25. Alex Blake picked up 2 for 9 for Belhus and Callum Constantine took a wicket and a good run out. There were smart catches also from Lewis Blake and Teddy Waters. Izzy Overy was very economical, conceding just 4 runs from two very good overs as Benfleet totalled 90-4 from their 20 overs.

In reply, Belhus lost openers Alex Blake (6) and Rob Healy (5) to good catches as Ayres and Polybank took a wicket apiece. Gus Philpot made 8 before falling to Headley. It was left to skipper Teddy Waters (20*) and Henry Overy (23*) to steer Belhus home to a 7 wicket win in 15 of their allotted 20 overs.
