Match report Belhus were out muscled by a strong Rankins side on yet another hot sunny Saturday this long dry summer

Alfie Lingfield led the way for the hosts with a fast 56 from 36 balls and Pete Warner added 51 as the home side accelerated after the steady start from Nanda who made a sedate 41. Pick of the Belhus attack was Khuzaima Afridi who took 1-21 from 7. Very economical when Rankins racked up 243 from their 35 overs.

Belhus looked tired after the efforts in the field and limped to 107 all out with Akther Raju top scoring with 23.


Maisie Jones took 2-18 and Will Lord 2-22 for Rankins while Lingfield added two fine catches and 2 wickets
to make sure he got full value for his match fees !!
