Match report The 3rd XI started their season with a close away win at Havering atte Bower. With the infamous short boundary on 3 sides of the ground, Stuart Morris (62), Peter Clark (38) and Jimmy Banner (55) pushed Belhus to 223 of their restricted (due to lost time ball retrieving) 40 Overs.

The Home side kept up with the run rate but lost wickets at a steady rate. Yet more time was spent in the neighbouring hedges and fields. All bowlers chipped in with valuable scalps not least Under 13 player Sam Hall who took the last 2 wickets to fall to ensure victory to the visitors.
