In this seventh Hamro Foundation Essex League match of the season, Belhus batted first and posted a decent total of 278-9 thanks to half-centuries from Joe Joyce (63) and Matt Doran (50).

In their reply, Harold Wood weren't best placed at 111 for 6 but a seventh wicket partnership of 61 between Craig Sampson and Shahzad Hafeez obstructed our road to victory as we couldn't quite dismiss the tail-enders and had to settle for a draw.

We gained 11 League points and continue to sit in 4th place in Division 1 with 11 matches remaining.
