Belhus won the toss and batted first and could only post 116 for 9 in their 35 overs, due to some excellent bowling from South Ockendon, Robinson producing a super spell of 9 overs 4 maidens 6 wickets for just 10 run. For us, we were thankful for the second week on the trot to T Lincoln, who scored 47 not out this time batting at number 9, his knock included 7 fours and was supported by J Robertson at the death with 14 not out.

Belhus set about the task of defending the low score well, as wickets fell early and South Ockendon were in trouble at 7 for 3. Dunwell (21) should some resistance, but it was R Dyall who was trying to win the game on his own for Ockendon, as those around him fell and so he did he eventually for a good 44, as they were bowled out for 92.

J Robertson picked up 3 for 6 off 8 overs, with 6 maidens, and M Guilbert 4 for 31 from 8, as we won by 24 runs. For those of you that like a fact that doesn't happen often - all 10 of South Ockendon's wickets were caught.
