Asians won the toss and stuck us in to bat and at 54 for 5, we were in serious trouble, as the top order failed and couldn't replicate the heroics of last week.
It took a stand of 89 between M Winter and J Forrest, to get us back into the game, as both batted very well under extreme pressure. Forrest fell for 42 with 2 fours and 2 sixes with the score at 143, and as happens so many times, his partner went for a patient 58, which included 7 fours, but with the score at 150 for 7, there was still plenty of work to do to ensure we didnt just crumble. Rob Waters then hit a very welcome 29 with 2 fours and a very rare six, as he and the lower order saw us to a respectable 201. Waqar was the pick of the Asians' attack with his 4 for 46 from 10 overs.

We needed to bowl well and so all the pressure once again fell on the bowlers and they performed as a unit and kept things tight and built pressure, This was a game that could go either way. Amir hit 28 until he was removed by D Aldridge, Hassan 25 and Fareed with a good 52 then built a soild partnership, but enter K Hall to remove both of them and change the momentum of the game, as he picked up 6 wickets for just 9 runs in 7 overs and tear the heart out of the Asians' innings in what was a truly remarkable spell, as he set us on the way to yet another win to keep the title challenge firmly on course.
