Belhus got back to winning ways in some style at home to Goodmayes and Blythswood. Winning the toss we inserted Goodmayes in wet conditions and the bowlers did their job extremley well, sharing the wickets around, as they reduced Goodmayes to just 76 all out. Only Copsey 23 and Embrey 16 really put up any fight, as S Liddiard picked up 3 for 20 off 9, P Stone 2 for 28 off 10, M.Winter 2 for 11 off 8 and K.Hall 2 for 4 off 5.2 overs and the unfortunate J Robertson wicketless in his tight 6 overs for 8 runs.

Our openers set about the task of knocking off the total with some relish, as they took just 11.2 overs to do so, both were not out and evenly matched.
T Lincoln with 36 which included 6 fours and T Lambert with 35 with 7 fours, putting us right back in the race for the title.
