Roding Valley we stuck in to bat first and Belhus would have been more than happy with 152 they reduced them to, all thanks to P Stone and K Hall both picking up 4 wickets for 25 runs, S West 32 and T Knapman 45 lead the way with the bat.
It turned out to be a very bad day at the office for the Belhus batsmen as we were bowled out for just 78, as valley romped home by 74 runs, as there bowlers all bowled well and shared the wickets around, with some very good figures, P Glasgow 2 for 14 off 10, M Bear 3 for 14 off 11, B Knapman 2 for 26 and S West 2 for 8 to earn the points.
