Eton Manor won the toss and stuck Belhus in to bat and dispite W Read's efforts with the bat for his 59 with 9 fours, nothing could stop S Hassan with the ball, he just kept picking up wicket after wicket making the most of the damp pitch and overcast condition, as he produced a superb spell of bowling, all the way through the innings to pick up 8 wickets for 54 runs off 25 overs with 11 maidens, to reduce us to 147 and the way he was bowling had the other two wickets not been run outs he would have fancied his chances of taking all 10.

In reply, we grabbed a couple of earlyish wickets but at 31 for 2, S Anjum joined N Wahab at the crease and remained there until the end with a very good 69 to see his side home, with the help of Wahab's 46 before he was out.

But today was all about Hassan and his match winning performance with the ball.
