Belhus beat Snaresbrook at Nutter Lane after Snaresbrook won the toss and elected to bat and were bowled out for 117 in 36 overs - R Patel 41 and A Taylor 20 were batting well, but when both were out with the score at 77 for 2, the game was about to change completely, as S Liddiard and R Heffernan bowled beautifully in tandem to take all 10 wickets between them for 79 runs. Heffernan bowled a lovely tight spell of spin taking 3 for 28 off 13 overs with 5 maidens. But it was pace ace S Liddiard who stole the show to end up with the excellent figures of 16 overs 3 maidens 7 wickets for 51 runs in a high-class spell of fast bowling.

In reply, Belhus lost two quick wickets but Rich Waters hit a brisk 24, with 3 fours and a six, and with the score at 29 for 2, W Read joined A Cayless at the crease, when Cayless fell for 14 at 69 for 3. R Heffernan Joined Read and by the time Read fell at 102 for 4, with a soild 46, the game was nigh on over, Heffernan then fell for 18 and the game was won in the 36th over. Both J Swailes and P Lawless bowled very well picking up the wickets, Swailes 1 for 26 off 11.2 overs and Lawless 4 for 49 off 17 overs.
