Being put into bat, Belhus struggled against some really good bowling from the Eton Manor attack and could only reach 168 before declaring, as only G Werry showed any real resistance with a very good and much needed 68. Rich Waters with 25 helped. N Zaigam was the pick of Manor's attack with 4 for 33 off 11 overs.

A magnificnet effort from the Belhus bowlers saw us home in this low scoring match, as all the batsman seemed to struggle. Only J Khan 33, M Hussain 23 and R Kazin 23 really troubled Belhus, and one of them needed to go on and get a half century, which would have no doubt seen them home. But it was not to be and our attack reaped the rewards, S Liddiard showing us the way with 5 for 43 off 13 overs, backed up by P Stone 3 for 34, and K Hall and M Winter both picking up 1 wicket each, in what turned out to be a very good win.
