Match report Belhus beat Dagenham in this Sunday Friendly at North Stifford as Jim Robertson starred with 8 for 41 in 11 overs.

Batting first, Dagenham were bowled out for 169, A.Lord 32, Ali 36 and J.King 31 the mainstays of the innings, but in general Dagenham failed to cope with Robbo’s fine spell of seam bowling as he ripped through the heart of the team with a magical spell. and picking up another 8 wicket haul.

In reply, the Belhus batsmen all got started, but wickets fell and Belhus were in a little trouble at 59 for 4, but then Wayne Read came to the crease and smashed 85 n/o including 14 fours and 2 sixes to ensure the victory.

A very good day for Robertson and Read.
