Bromley Common v Belhus Cricket Club Saturday 4th XI on Sat 19 May 2007 at 1pm
Belhus Cricket Club Lost by 39 Runs
Match report
Bromley Common 167-9
Belhus 4th XI 128
Batting first in this South Thames League match, Bromley Common posted a reasonable total of 167 for 9 from their allotted 45 overs with Dan Norris and Ricki Ellis capturing 3 wickets apiece and our 'keeper George Brooks taking 5 dismissals.
In our run-chase after tea, we were in dire trouble at 56 for 9 but a fantastic 10th wicket partnership of 71 between George Brooks (14) and Michael Campbell-Jones (42) at least took us to a respectable 128 all out to lose by 39 runs.
