Half centuries by Michael Cansdale, Brian Edwards and Mathew Lewis Snr enabled us to reach 213 for 8 from our allotted 40 overs. B. Fearon bowled magnificently to take 6 for 19 from his 8 overs.

In their run-chase after tea, Rontays never really got into gear and we used 10 bowlers in our attempt to winkle them out. They eventually finished on 144 for 6 to leave us clear winners by 69 runs.
