In the final match of the 2008 season - at North Stifford - St Johns batted fIrst and were dismissed for 110, thanks to classy spells of bowling from spinner Brian Edwards who took 3 for 13, and Mike Squires and Ricki Ellis who took 2 wickets apiece.

In our run-chase after another sublime tea, openers Michael Fogg and Chris Baker were in scintillating form as they both struck half-centuries and knocked off the required runs in 19.1 overs.

An impressive way to close out another enjoyable season for Belhus CC.
