Westcliff won the toss and elected to bat first in this Essex Sunday League match, but came up against some tight Belhus bowling and were dismissed for a modest 118. Edwards, Winter, Cansdale and Jefferies each took 2 wickets apiece.

In our run-chase, we lost opener Fogg with just 6 runs on the board, but then Guilbert (67*) and Baker (48*) carved an imprtessive 114-runs 2nd wicket partnership to see us home to an emphatic 9 wickets victory.
