Match report Top of the table Chingford visited Belhus on Saturday, won the toss and batted on a warm summer's day.

On a well-grassed deck they got off too a very good start but a good stumping by Mark Sansom interrupted their progress. Gupta (94) and Bawa (50) put together a very good partnership which looked to be pushing them to 300 plus, but some good bowling by Guilbert, Norris, Dhannie and latterly Dudmish. 2 wickets in the last over kept Chingford to 279, which was a good effort.

Replying, Belhus lost early wickets and were 97 for 5 but a good partnership by Sansom (30) and Guilbert (45 not out) pushed Belhus up to 181 all out and respectability.
