Having won the toss, skipper John Wilson decided to insert the opposition. And his decision was vindicated when he proceeded to bowl superbly to take a '5for' (4 victims of his victims were clean-bowled) and dismiss OSS for a modest 153.

After tea, we made hard work of the run-chase but Amit Gohil (38) and James Barber (35 not out) displayed their experience and we reached the required target to win by 2 wickets. A close encounter.

And the 4th XI sit in 2nd place in their SNEL Division with just 4 challenging matches of the season remaining.
