In the fourth SNEL match of the season, Belhus batted first and registered a relatively modest 151-8 thanks to a superb innings of 79 by Michael Cansdale. James Barber was our only other batsmen to reach double figures (20).

In their run-chase, Chelmsford found the Belhus bowlers and fielders in fine form. Michael Cansdale took 3 catches, Braydon Scarlett and Rob Long picked up 2 wickets apiece and Andrew Williams brought an end to the proceedings by taking 3 for 6 in just 2 overs. And we won quite comfortably by 63 runs..

An impressive performance by our 4th XI that moved skipper John Wilson's side into second place in their division.
