Belhus batted first in the quarter-finals of the SNEL T/20 competition at the old County Ground, Brentwood. Losing opener Joe Joyce without facing and tight lines by Brentwood bowlers restricted Belhus to a modest 117 for 3 after their allotted 20 overs.

In the run-chase, opener Rishi Patel tore into the Belhus attack crashing an impressive 81 off of just 30 deliveries to see Brentwood home to a convincing 10 wickets win.

In the other quarter-final, Chelmsford defeated Harold Wood quite comfortably by 7 wickets, but it was Brentwood who went on to beat Chelmsford by 17 runs in the Group final.
