Match report Belhus squeezed home in this tight encounter winning by just 3 runs on a lovely sunny morning at NS. It was the U11's last match of the season and they signed off well completing an unbeaten set of matches in the 8-a-side league.

Batting first Belhus made 95 for just 1 wicket (netting to 290-1). Lewis Blake top scored with 13 not out. Callum Constantine and Owen Williams were both unbeaten on 10. Henry Overy (9) and Tyler Robertson (7) also contributed well in undefeated efforts. The only wicket was taken by Horndon's Louis Elliot.

It was a tough day to take wickets as Horndon also only lost 1 victim to Belhus's Williams as the visitors made a fine effort to chase down the Belhus target. Gus led the way for Horndon with 18 as Freddie made 8 and Connor 7, but the chase just proved too much as they fell agonisingly short as they made 92-1 netting back to 287-1.
