Match report Belhus won this closely fought, pulsating cup tie at School Lane against a fine Orsett Titans team. The home side won the toss and chose to bat. Alex Brazier crafted a fine 24 and Isaac Long retired having chalked up 26. Ryan Humphrey made 12 and Tommy Fleming 10 as the Titans posted 119 in their 24 overs. Belhus bowled well with wickets for Billy Baker, Ben Clark, Ted Waters, Henry Overy, Ethan Barnett and Alex Winder. The fielding supported the bowlers well with run outs for Billy Kilduff and Lewis Blake. Blake also held a catch as did Barnett, Overy, Baker and Reece Herbert.

In reply, Belhus had to withstand the excellent pace bowling of Ryan Humphrey who bowled with fire and purpose. Teddy Waters made a fine 25 not out with 2 fours. Ethan Barnett carried on the good work retiring on 28. Alex Winder made a vital 18 not out and Lewis Blake made 10. Belhus did lose three wickets for no runs with the score on 118 as Isaac Long showed that the Titans would not give up without a fight. Winder and Puneet Bal managed to get Belhus over the line in an excellent, tightly fought contest.
