Match report Belhus were dealt a heavy defeat in this Peter Coe Cup match. Fielding first they ran into Heshan Mahendra in fine form making 74 not out at Souths totalled 126-4. Wickets were taken by Tom Holland and Oliver Plunket who bowled very well to take 1 for 6 from 3 overs. Oliver also made a run out as did Alex Winder.

Belhus struggled with the bat losing Waters for a duck and Winder for 2 in the first over. Lewis Blake battled hard for 25 but nobody else made more than 5 as we limped to 61 all out against a good SW attack. Rehman (3 for 10) and Hassen (also 3-10) were the pick of the visiting bowlers who look on course to challenge for the trophy this year. Lessons learned for the young Belhus side.
