In the ninth SNEL match of the season, our 3rd XI continued their winning ways and racked up a club record 3rd XI team total of 298 thanks largely to fine half-centuries by George Maidment (85) and Keith Dhannie (68).

In the run-chase after tea, Chirag Trivedi struck a superb 84 coming in at number 7, but Aidan Mason bowled superbly to take 5 for 30 (his maiden '5for' for the club) and we won quite comfortably by 92 runs.

Skipper Tom Thompson was delighted with his team's all-round performance that ensured the 3rd XI remain top of their SNEL Division - 18 points clear of second-placed Oakfield Parkonians. Well played Belhus.
