Match report Belhus won in the gloom in this friendly match played as a warm up for Orsett for their cup final v Rankins on Sunday.

Orsett batted first but ran into an on fire Belhus attack who claimed ten wickets all bowled. Kaelan Casey led the way with 3-9, Alex Blake grabbed 2 victims as did Teddy Waters while Reece Herbert and Owen Williams picked up one wicket each. Orsett totalled 288 netted back to 238-10. Callum Greene and Gabe Seaton both top scored with 9.

Belhus replied well with Henry Overy making 15, Oliver Plunkett 11 and Kaelan Casey 9 all scoring well. Belhus did lose five wickets including 2 run outs but despite the last two pairs having to bat in the dark - Belhus held out for a comfortable win.
