Belhus Cricket Club Won by 8 Wickets

Match report Belhus continued their good run of form with a good win in this 20/20 friendly. Winning the toss and bowling first, Belhus bowled well. There were wickets for Ryan Sims, Serena Hand and Lewis Blake, who also made a fine run out. All the Belhus bowlers focused on bowling straight with just 13 wides in 20 overs. Alex Blake (two maidens) and Puneet Bal (two overs for just one run) also bowled well. O.Roche top scored for the visitors with 4 not out.

In reply, Robert Healy led the way for Belhus with a very nice knock of 17 not out as Belhus chased their target in 14.4 overs. Milard and Wakefield both took wickets for the visitors who bowled well and made Belhus work hard for their runs.

Credit to both teams for adapting to a different format to the 'terrier' / pairs style they are used to.
