Gidea Park were inserted and totalled 216 for 8 in 50 overs with the wickets shared between Imran (3 for 70), Sanderson (2 for 53) and Williams (3 for 47).

In reply, Belhus struggled to 35 for 3 but consistent contributions by the middle order with Huckstepp (37) and Wolfe (32) top-scoring righted the ship. In a dramatic last wicket partnership of 26 by Williams and Sanderson, Belhus were thwarted when Sanderson's big hit to mid-on was caught on the line by Walker to give Gidea Park victory by 7 runs.
