Match report Another fine display by our 1st XI in their sixth SNEL match of the season.

Batting first on an overcast and humid afternoon, we posted a respectable total of 272 thanks to a masterly 97 from the consistent Joe Joyce, and a brilliant late rally by Dan Dreher who crashed 47 from just 22 balls.

After tea, Harlow Town were never quite up with the run-chase as off-spinner newcomer Liam Wilson picked up 2 wickets - as too did Dan Norris and Dan Dreher. And in winning by 60 runs we remained at the Top of Division 2.

A highlight of the match occurred when, during the HT innings, two 'runners' appeared on the field of play at the same time - and both with the name Gladwin (Neil and Jason).
