Jack Day and Wayne Read both scored 51 but it was Goresbrook who came away from North Stifford with a deserved seven wicket victory. Elsom picked up 2-13 from five overs for the visitors while Scott and Barwick picked up one wicket each. Scott then turned his attention to batting and he smashed a fine 81. With Atkins and Barwick contributing 26 and 20 respectively, the writing was on the wall for Belhus. Atkins was caught by George Maidment off the bowling of Braydon Scarlett (1-46) and Jackson became a run out victim with only five runs to his name.
