Match report Belhus squeaked home by one wicket in this tight league encounter at the Old County Ground, Leyton. Belhus bowled first and Nathan Honeyman (3-40), Mark Baker (2-61) and Mike Cansdale (2-14) doing the key damage. Dorian Thorne top scored for LC with 25 as they totalled 141.

It was clearly a tough track as Belhus too found runs hard to come by. Mark Baker added 34 runs to his 2 wickets and skipper Rich Waters worked hard for his 32. But Chaudhary (3-12), future Essex seamer Maurice Chambers (3-30) and Sharma (2-35) made things tough for Belhus. Last pair Aussie guests for Belhus Dave Gibson (20*) and Nathan Honeyman (2*) held firm under pressure to help Belhus scrape a good win.
