Match report Belhus folded like a pack of cards in this late season friendly. Chasing a fair 180 total set by old foes Goresbrook, we were rolled for just 87. All seemed well on 48-1 as Matt Lucas (22) and Mason Wren (32) set a steady base but the collapse came as we lost 9 wickets for 39 runs. A poor return for the sterling efforts earlier of Michael Cansdale (3-32), Steve Day (2-45) and Chris Didd (2-18). Butcher top scored for the visitors with 76 and Giesen ran through the Belhus batting taking 5 for 17.
