Match report Batting first at South Ockendon Recreation ground, Hainault & Clayhall made their way to 193 for 8 from 52 overs as Rahul Kainth top-scored with 48. Terry Squires was our lead wicket-taker with 3 for 34.

After tea, we lost a couple of early wickets and then struggled a little to keep up with the clock against some tight bowling. Realising that our chances of reaching the required target were slim, our batsmen put their heads down and held out for a draw after 42 overs.
