Scorecard

Clacton-on-Sea v Belhus Cricket Club Sunday 1st XI on Sun 29 May 1983 at 2.30pm
Belhus Cricket Club Won by 1 Run

Match report This was a 30 overs match due to rain. We posted a respectable total of 127 as Colin Pennycook top-scored for us with 35.

In reply, Clacton were in trouble at 60 for 5 but a middle-order rally saw them get close to our score, but they came up just short and we won an exciting game by just 1 run making the long journey to the seaside worthwhile.
