Match report Cliff Cansdale and Peter Thompson put on 123 for the first wicket as they both struck half-centuries. Robert Clarke, coming in at No. 3, smashed 41 from 26 balls including 4 x sixes, and after 3 run-outs and three ducks we declared at 170 for 7. Quite eventful.

After tea, Filleigh lost a couple of early wickets and were always up against the clock. And although Tim Knights took 3 for 44, we were unable to winkle them out and they held on gamely for a draw.
