Match report At Corringham Recreation Ground, the hosts posted a competitive (for 1980!) total of 164 thanks to Simon Wood (44) and Malcolm Hubbard (42). It was a sporting declaration as Corringham bowled 52 overs back at us - and we eased home to victory after scores of 46 from John Rowell and 41 from Mark Winter.

After the match, the hungry Belhus players tripped off to the local curry restaurant where Cliff Cansdale ordered his first (possibly last?) chicken phall.
