Batting first on a damp wicket at South Ockendon Recreation Ground, Upminster were firmly in the driving seat when perched at 102 for 2. But then Sheraz Shahid and Jack Plane bowled superbly to cause a dramatic collapse of 8 wickets for 14 runs and dismiss Upminster for 116. Spinner Shahid took 4 wickets for just 2 runs and Jack Plane captured 4 for 30.
In reply, Belhus eased to an impressive 8 wickets win as Greg Mendham stroked a stylish 63 not out.
