Hullbridge v Belhus Cricket Club Sunday 2nd XI on Sun 31 May 1987 at 2.30pm
Belhus Cricket Club Lost by 6 Wickets
Match report
Three members of the Wiltshire family represented us in this match. Brothers Paul and Dennis and Grant, son of Dennis.
Apart from glen Smallbone with 23 not out our batsmen failed to produce and we were dismissed for a paltry total of 76 thanks to Holden who took 6 for 29. Although a notoriously inconsistent pitch, we couldn't quite make use of the conditions and Hullbridge eased home to a comfortable victory by 6 wickets.
