Match report This was the club record team score batting away from home as Jim Donovan stroked 52 and Bill Taylor smashed 85 not out. We opened our attack with spinners Denis Reed and Ken Lewis who took 5 wickets between them, but although we bowled 43 overs, we were unable to tempt United C & S and they lost just 6 wickets as the match fizzled out to a draw.
